My Co-worker did not get the Promotion
When my co-worker did not get the promotion, she was upset. She felt like she worked hard and should have got it. I knew that she was down, and I could understand why. Yet, she needed to just keep moving forward. That is why I decided to go shopping. I went to the sympathy gift baskets section and I found this wonderful gift. I gave it to her and she loved it. It made her feel better and soon she forgot why the position even matter to her. This was a great idea and I am glad I did it. She is too.
