Tip #1: Do one burn out a week. A burn out is a exercise where you work your muscle until it can’t go any more, then you lower the weight and do it again. You repeat this for at least 4 sets. To build great looking arms (as a woman) you should do this with one exercise for your biceps & one exercise for your triceps per week (and on the same day).
Tip #2: Pump up the protein – eggs, chicken, turkey, lean beef. In order to build lean muscle and burn the fat, you need to pump up the protein in your diet. More than likely, you eat no-where-near the amount of protein that you should eat every day. You should go for 1 gram of protein per pound of desired body weight.
Tip #3: A few push-ups. Push-ups are one of the best all time exercises ever and will help you to develop lean & toned arms, great shoulders, and a beautiful back. Start by watching your favorite TV show and doing as many (regular or girl) push-ups during commercials as you can. This will give you about an 8 minute workout for hour of TV. One hour is good.
