Hello Yuri,I am a young grandmother of 55, work full time, enjoy golfing, bicyclingand walking/running. I started exercising regularly after being diagnosedwith a herniated disk in my lower back and spinal stenosis approximately 6years ago. It was a tough battle for 1-1/2 years to become pain-free, and Iequate my success with hiring a personal trainer to have good form andlearning how to put a program together. Today I enjoy life and take littlefor granted. After all these years paying gym memberships, battling the rush hoursyndrome of signing up for machines, confined free weight workout areas, and generally lacking motivation, I came across your podcasts in ITunes. That was the turning point. When my gym membership expired this February,we bought a treadmill for our home. I already had a stability ball, weightsand bands, so now our home gym is all set.I purchased your treadmill trainer volume 1 – love it! What a joy to use. Idon’t have to count or think about when to make changes on the treadmill. It is very helpful to hear you explain good form, i.e. the reasons why weshould move our arms/legs in a certain way. Your voice guides andencourages me right through to the very last minute. Although I don’tintend to run any marathons, I do like to push myself and need challengesto keep me motivated. Starting in the spring (Montreal weather permitting),I also use your program loaded on my MP3 when I go running outside. Imanage to walk/run approximately 6 KM in 50 minutes, that’s including thewarm up, and then I follow it up with stretching. I feel fantasticafterwards and proud of each day’s accomplishments, whether it’s indoors orout. Another bonus is that I can enjoy the outdoors so much more now that Idon’t have to worry about looking at my watch and counting out the minutes- your voice guides the ways. Fantastic.Since purchasing your program, my endurance has increased, my body isgetting leaner, I feel really good as my clothes are not as snug, and theresults are visible overall. My husband is equally motivated by seeing mysuccess. Although heart issues prevent him from working out at my level, hebenefits from everything I learn from you and share with him. He is seeingresults and looks forward to being more active. In a few weeks I will be ready to move on to your volume 2 and look forwardto broadening my workout with your other programs as well.Yuri, thank you for your excellent work and devotion to helping peopleenjoy a healthy and balanced life. I am so grateful to have come acrossyour podcasts, programs, not to forget your great website filled witheducational material and instructional videos. It’s a true win-win!! Now Ihave the power to be a fit grandmother, able to enjoy my family and keep upwith my two little grandsons.Very best regards,
