Coiled like a spring
Here’s some great golf driving tips so you can add an extra 30 yards to your drive.
On the backswing, try to make sure that you are coiling up like a spring. The key to getting more distance is making sure that you can generate more rotational power through the shoulders and the torso – this is where all the power comes from.
You can try doing some rotational strength sessions down the gym too – Tiger Woods has been known to hit the weights pretty hard down the gym and he has this to thank for his incredible swing speed and power.
