A Fulfilling Dinner
I’m not exactly a breakfast person but I really love to eat a very filling evening meal after work. I wouldn’t mind eating a lot at night. Many routines and dietary regimens oblige you to limit food intake and avoid a lot of foods you enjoy. I wasn’t the type to be bossed around and I wanted something that was easy to do and adjustable according to my daily habits. A friend of mine just found out the effects of the paleolithic diet and asked me to do it with him. I was curious and so I agreed. Saving my appetite for dinner was very rewarding for me! My friend also observed that we were ‘naturally’ craving for healthy food. Call it intuition or gut-feel, we knew that we were making smarter health choices and enjoying a full and healthy dinner! I’ve never been a happier “dinner person”.
