There is nothing quite like a great tanning bed. I truly enjoy going to a tanning bed twice a month. It gives me the opportunity to tan without the harshness of the sun. I feel more in control when I tan this way. I make sure not to overdue it because I do not want to harm myself or my skin in any way.  Twice a month after work I will go to a tanning bed after work. I am so thrilled that I am able to do this and spend some time by myself. I would encourage anyone to tan.
