I want to say that I am truly enjoying the raw food diet benefits I’m getting from Eating for Energy and drinking my green smoothies. I was pretty healthy in the way I ate before I found your raw foods approach but realised that I can still make some massive improvements.  I am 52 years young and and in top condition for my age.  Most people think I am around 45 which is very complimenting.  Health is very important to me.  I don’t mind getting older, but don’t want to be sick.  I have even noticed that my work colleagues are adapting to a healthier eating regime. I certainly feel a big sluggish if I go off track, so it makes pretty good sense to stick to a healthy eating plan.
