There are a lot of really good and quite yummy foods that contain a high fiber food count.  Almonds, Blackberries, carrots, oatmeal, corn (especially corn on the cob), baked potato, shredded wheat cereal and the list goes on.  I just listed some that I thought kids would eat. Some of the counts are higher than others but this chart gives a good idea and would be good to put it on your kitchen wall.  So keep this in mind and I know I will try and improve my diet. Being an adult I do like most things.  Well, not exactly but I even learned over the years to like more things.
