I have been on a weight lifting campaign for the last several months and I’m finally starting to see some results. My body strength has increased and I’ve put on about 20 pounds of muscles. It’s been hard work, I work out 5 days out of the week, although not consecutive days. I’ve also completely changed my diet plan. I eat a lot. It seems like I’m always eating. But I’m eating healthy foods, just lots of it. I consume protein in vast quantities, although I sincerely feel my weight gain has come from carbohydrates, fats and the protein. I upped my calorie intake to over 3,000 calories a day.
