I have some friends that have been doing this new diet, and they were trying to get me to do it. I didn’t think that I was going to be able to do it, then I figured out that I really liked a lot of things on the diet. It is called the raw food diet, and I think it must be one of the most healthy things that I can eat. I am excited to think about being able to lose weight, and just know that the things I am eating are actually nourishing my body instead of weighing my down.
