When you buy items online, always check that the vendor has laid out their terms and conditions on their website.  Look for their returns policy.  For example, if you buy ladies court shoes and they arrive in bad condition, you don’t want to be left out in the cold by discovering only later they don’t accept returned goods or give refunds. 

What is their shipping time? They should display the average number of days items take to be delivered.

Also find out how they take payment.  Will their payment provider help protect you if there’s a problem with the item(s) you bought?
