When you are looking for estate agents I think it’s really important to consider a lot of different options and to keep your eyes out for certain things. First of all you need to decide if you want a house or an apartment? Also will you be using the property for investment purposes? Once you’ve figured those things out, you need to ask yourself how long you plan on living in the property and then you will know what criteria you will need. It makes a huge different if it’s a short-term plan or a long-term plan. If you want to have a family and raise children there, you will need something with enough room to grow; and you will need to make sure that you buy something in the right type of area. Obviously you also need to set yourself a budget on how much you can or are willing to spend on a property, and most of all you need to remove the emotion behind buying a property. Don’t just buy something because you like it and it makes you feel good. That same property might be falling apart and need to be demolished.
