I really like the new strength and conditioning sports and fitness facility that has just opened up in my home town of Cowra New South Wales Australia. You see the owner has purchased the very best gear including zebra mats, Jim Bradley boxing gear and alot of judo dummy’s and climbing ropes. I went to the opening day yesterday and it was as good as i thought. The memberships are very reasonable and for the facility its quite cheap. I have never seen so many people turn up for an open day. there must of been about one hundred people. i cant see the owner of bjj canberra having any trouble getting clients.
