My wife’s birthday was coming up and I had no idea what to get her. A friend of mine told me had had gotten his wife a gift certificate to a spa hotel and she loved it. I decided I would try that and see what my wife thought. I bought her a gift certificate good for one weekend away at a spa hotel. I knew that she had never been on any Spa breaks before, so I hoped she would be pleased with my gift.

At first, she was a little skeptical. She said she had never been to a spa hotel and didn’t know what to expect at spa hotels. She said she had never thought of going on spa breaks. I told her just to use the certificate and try it out. She agreed, and left the next weekend to enjoy her time away. When she returned, she was glowing. She said the spa breaks had been wonderful. She was treated like a queen. She enjoyed the use of steam rooms and jacuzzi’s. She got massages from licensed massage therapists. Facials, pedicures, and manicures were done while she enjoyed drinks.

She told all of her closest friends about the advantages of staying in spa hotels, and now they all want to try it out, too. I’ve already been checking into prices at other spa hotels so I can buy her another gift certificate for Christmas.
